1.      BLACK BEARD

         He is the strongest and probably last villain of one piece series. He was a former member of white beard pirates. He is currently one of the FOUR EMPERORS. He is also the only  known person in history to wield the powers of two Devil Fruits. the reason for him to be   strongest is  simply because of his two devil fruits and immense physical strength. He even     clashed with SHANKS before even getting the Devil Fruit and wounded him .


 2. MONKEY D. DRAGON

   He is the leader of the REVOLUTIONARY ARMY  and father of the notorious pirate MONKEY     D. LUFFY. He is given the title of" WORST CRIMINAL EVER "by WORLD GOVERNMENT .His Devil Fruit powers are said to be weather  control or wind- wind Devil Fruit.



 

 3. GOL D. ROGER 

 The Pirate King. Became PK even with a death threatening illness. Has been referenced many times as being the strongest pirate ever, his strength acknowledged by prominent figures in the One Piece world. He has immense strength and one of the best HAKI users of all times.




 4. EDWARD NEWGATE(WHITEBEARD)

  He was the captain of WHITEBEARD PIRATES and also called as "STRONGEST MAN IN THE WORLD". He is the only one who can match GOL D. ROGER in strength and " THE MAN WHO CAN DESTROY WORLD" In the MARIN FORD we can see him bully the ADMIRALS with ease even after being severely wounded.




5.  MONKEY D. GARP 

   He is known as the HERO the marine and the man who can rival PIRATE KING in terms of strength. He hates taking orders from CELESTIAL DRAGONS that's why he is not taking any  further promotions after becoming VICE ADMIRALS.




6. Fleet Admiral "SENGOKU" 

He was the commander of all marines . In his prime he is said to be rival the WHITE BEARD .He was also one of the major figures along with WHITEBEARD, SHIKI, and MONKEY D. GARP during the times when GOL D. ROGER was still alive, and still continues to be in the present, even after his retirement from the Marines.






7. MONKEY D. LUFFY

He is the main protagonist of the series and also a very powerful and kindhearted pirate.

He is strong enough to defeat an YONKO and ADMIRAL . LUFFY uses his Devil Fruit power along with his Haki to destroy almost all of his foes.




8. "GOD" ENEL

He was the main antagonist of the Skypiea  . He was a Logia type Devil Fruit user .

He Devil Fruit power were on another level if he was a pirate then he was one of the strongest pirate of all times.

He was defeated by LUFFY only because of his rubber powers which has no effect of electricity.




9."RED HAIRED" SHANKS

One of the Yonko, Shanks is revered as one of the four emperors of the most dangerous ocean in the world. With enough strength to clash with WB, Shanks is feared by almost all pirates. Being an ex-apprentice in Roger's crew Shanks has full mastery of Haki and possesses King's Disposition Haki. Even WB revered Shanks for his Haki when he used it on his "visit". With power to clash with Mihawk, the "strongest swordsman in the world", Shanks has been one of the most prominent pirates for decades. Shank's power is so great that Sengoku acknowledged that if WB and him joined it would be the end of the marines.




10." GOLDEN LION" SHIKI

One of the prominent figure's in Roger's era. Shiki was almost able to fight on par with Roger, and almost defeat Garp + Sengoku. He also was the first person to escape from Impel Down, making his way from level 6. He also amassed the biggest pirate fleet of Roger's era.
